Reset Oil Life Stopped Working

I have a 2021 Job 1 truck and just had the oil changed and the reset for the oil life isn’t working. It says resetting but it never does. Has worked without issue all previous times. I have received several power-ups since the last oil change. 4.3.6, 6.1.0 and 6.2.0 in the past 6 weeks or so. Anyone else seen this issue? Is it related to one of these updates? Dealers are weeks out for an appt and really don’t want to waste the time if this is known and a fix is coming.

Have you tried pulling the net terminal for a few minutes to see if you can reset the system?

Talk to a tech yesterday. In the 12” screen it doesn’t reset, they removed it from that screen where you posted and you have to go back to settings. Under the settings menu there is yet a 3rd spot that shows oil life where the reset works.

When all else fails...check your odometer. Depending on what interval you prefer changing oil, pick your options wherever 3k, 5k, 7500 has fallen since your last change. IMHO a lot of the features to the displays are simply gimmick features.

Hey man did you ever end up resetting it I’m in the same boat I can’t get it to reset I did do the screen swap on my regular cab so I have the digital cluster on my 23 and I can’t find a way to reset it please DM me need help

Well I can’t reset it on engine information I hold “ok” and it doesn’t do anything and when I go down to “settings” I have not tab that says “maintenance” so I’m super confused.

Mine has done this a few times where it didn't want to reset from the cluster. but I had to do it several times from the infotainment system then drive about 20 miles and cycle the start/stop a few times and then it decides to reset on its own.

Here ya go. Simple Forscan thing. Easy Mode programming, IPC, enable the 'maintence [...something...]" option. Just fixed mine. Same issue.
