You are quiet behind on OTA's. The last update sent to you was 2.7.3 back in mid March and it failed to install. Error code is "ecuId":"1824" and I do not know what that means.
Your truck is running the same software it was built with back in 2020; no OTA ever recorded on your truck. You are on Sync 20301 which is known to be broken software on 2021 trucks that without dealer intervention, you will most likely never get an update sent to you. You need to schedule an appt with your dealer and have them perform TSB 22-2404 to repair and manually update your APIM, or diagnose your APIM as faulty and replace it.
You recently got 4.2.2, so as far as OTA's go, you are up to date. You many still be missing some smaller priority updates that I do not see in your recent OTA history, but nothing you need to be worried about. You are good to go.

You last recorded OTA was in November, so I cannot see details of which one it was since it was over 60 days ago. Based on your Sync version being 22177, you are pretty far behind in updates.

Everybody who's waiting on an OTA, I'd like you to consider setting your update schedule to something other than what Ford recommends.
Try setting it to everyday at a time when you know you'll be driving the truck, like on a daily commute to or from work, and when you know you'll be in an area with 3 bars of AT&T (which is what the TCU uses).
Trucks sitting at home at 0100 on your home Wi-Fi are not as likely to get updates as those that are out driving, with a 12V battery that's back above 80% SOC, in an area with 3 bars of AT&T coverage.
