looks like you just received 22177 ota 2 days ago and pu 0727 gwm week before that. nothing is currently pending ota FDRS shows a few for your truck

Thankyou, I’m kinda new to this tech stuff, how would I come about un-stalling update? The truck shifts very clunky every other shift, and the sound system kinda sounds like it has not much sound even near max valume. Was hoping maybe a few things would get fixed
I am sure there is a way to revert to older software, but it goes beyond the scope of knowledge of most to do it. Even then, you would eventually got an OTA that would bring you back to current software. It sounds like you need to have your dealer take a look at your truck.

you cant go backwards with standard procedures nor with modules in the truck. If you have access to FDRS you should be able to get all modules updated to latest updates for your truck

With standard procedures, no. That's why I said it would be out of the scope of knowledge of most.

@ccyote21 Send them that. Tell them your truck has not recorded an OTA since you've had it. According to FDRS history, your truck was in the dealer January of last year and they were addressing an APIM concern that they did not seem to fix. They need to manually update/repair your APIM (or diagnose it as faulty)and get you out of the current state. They are not going to apply all those updates because Ford won't pay them, but they should be able to bill Ford to update you APIM and that will at least open up your truck to getting OTA's and getting caught up eventually.

You need to tell them a valid complaint so they can apply a TSB (possibly 22-2404) to your case and be able to bill Ford for the repairs.

@ccyote21 . What’s your Sync version. Looking at your VIN (MFA) you have an early-run ‘21 with an APIM update pending. Good chance your APIM is locked up and you need it recovered or replaced.

Thanks Ill try and plead it. There was a couple other things it was in for to be addressed, same story.
