3.5.3 was sent to you on 1.26, but as has happened to many others, it timed out and failed before the truck was able to download the files.

The YouTube video is utter nonsense. It does not work and it is a complete waste of time.

You got 3.5.3 on 1/25 and 3.5.4 the very next day. You are one of the lucky ones. As far as Power Up OTA's go, you are up to date.

So went to ford today to get the TSB 22-2494. They were about to update and then said they couldn’t. This is what it says on the reason:

Oasis alerts January 4 HOLD Alert. Service action 21G01 to install blue cruise feature should not be performed on 2021 Mustang Mach E or F150 vehicles at this time. Monitor PTS for updates.

On the plus side I did get an alert on my ford pass saying I have 3.5.2. I also left the dealership and my blue cruise works as advertised.

@rugedraw can you check my vin more time to see if there’s an update. Thank you in advance.

The thing, Ford doesn't pay dealers to update modules. There would have to be some kind of customer complaint that would allow them to bill Ford for labor hours. You can't just walk in there and ask them to update your truck. At the point your truck is, it will take them hours upon hours to get you up to date. you can try, but expect the runaround.

just got back from the dealership. They had my truck for 2 1/2 days doing updates. That’s how far I was behind. I now have blue cruise and I am up to date. Thank you for helping and letting me know that there was a problem, which I had a hunch all along.

Yes, I do see that you got 3.5.2 today.

21G01 only applies to 2021 trucks that did not come with Bluecruise from factory. It has nothing to do with your truck that already has BC and does not need the IPC update that is causing possible issues with bluecruise programming. It seems to me like your service advisor doesn't know what he/she is doing. One thing has absolutely nothing to do with the other.

No other OTA in your queue at this time, no way of predicting when Ford will push and no way of forcing the update to be sent to you.

The next OTA 3.5.3.2 is the one that will give you full screen capability.

Thankyou, I’m kinda new to this tech stuff, how would I come about un-stalling update? The truck shifts very clunky every other shift, and the sound system kinda sounds like it has not much sound even near max valume. Was hoping maybe a few things would get fixed
