Yes, I see you got 2.7.3 (which is an IPC update) in early December, and it says it went through successfully. No OTAs have been sent to your truck since then. I checked your DTCs and your truck has not reported any low battery codes. You are behind in updates and Ford doesn't roll out those updates very often, but your Sync version is high enough to where you are past the hump where these trucks get stuck, so that is good.
Nothing since you got some Bluecruise map updates in December.
It has nothing to do with your connection. It's the OTA process itself. It seems GWM didn't like one or two of the files sent to your truck, because it seems to have downloaded all but two of the files it needed the same day you got the update. Since then, your truck has tried to download the files countless times to no avail. There is nothing you can do to help.
I was also sent 3.5.3 on 1/24 and it's successfully downloaded multiple files but hung up on others, just like you. So today is day #14 in limbo for us. I called Ford today, Feb 6. They said it was downloading but it was not going through because my gas tank was not full-was 60% full. Have you ever heard of that? I put in 10 gallons and gauge reads full/516 miles to empty. Can you see status of current update? 1FTFW1ED5MFB77138.

I don't have FDRS to see what modules you have still pending updating, but they updated your APIM and nothing else. You were sent 3.5.3.2 on 1/26 and it failed the same day. On 2/6, I see they updated your APIM, but nothing else. That would be the equivalent of the 3.5.3.2 OTA. I don't they updated the TCU which would bring to to 3.5.4, but the updated they gave is the one that actually gives you something new and tangible on your truck.
