My truck has been built but is still "in production" (chip hold)

Is there any way to tell with my VIN how much longer it will be before the chips come in? I am told the ETA on my truck is the first week of November. If anyone believes that, I encourage them to buy up all the oceanfront property in Arizona that they can afford, and mortage the house for more...

You had one of the small patches you get before getting 3.5.2 sent to you on 10/13, but it failed to download the files stating a server/cloud issues. Assuming you've gotten all the 2.x.x. updates in the past, you aren't missing much. Just gotta wait for it to be sent to you again.

No OTA history on your truck in the past 60 days. It does not seem like your Fordpass app is connected. Either way, yours is a 2022, so your truck shipped with most features on it already.

Job 1 truck sitting at Sync 20301 and no OTA history. They performed two successful APIM module repairs, but each repair was followed by an unsuccessful attempt at updating the APIM because FDRS could not validate the VIN. @Jesse-Infotainment may be able to provide you with some files you put on a USB stick that can help you get unstuck. As he mentioned previously, this method has seen less success lately as compared to a few months back, but perhaps you are one of the lucky ones. Let's wait for him to chime in and see what he thinks.

You got 3.5.2 on 10/14, so you're almost up to date. This is assuming you got bluecruise and those updates previously as we can only see 60 days into the history.

The one you got on the 13th failed for some reason; it mentions a server/cloud issue. However, it was actually sent to you today and I cannot access the details. I think it may be installing on your truck right now as I type this.

Yesterday while on my way to work and running errands later in the day, I encountered the same issue as last week: update icon appearing sproadically on the screen, and then a blank "Update Details" screen. About 15 minutes ago I got a notification from FordPass that my battery voltage was low.

Yesterday while I was running errands, had a new thing pop up: alternating notifications on the dash that there was a blind spot system fault, and cross traffic system fault. Those went away after I restarted the truck after my next errand stop. This this was related to something updating?

3.5.2 is still showing as an active campaign that is set to expire on 10/31 if it does not go through. However, when I try to click on the link that provides details on the OTA, the screen goes blank so I can't see if the files have downloaded or not or if there is some kind of error code.

Attached is a screenshot of the DTC your truck spit out when you had that issue. I am not a tech, so I don't want give you a diagnosis based on my knowledge or lack thereof, but based on the fact that the update has not gone through, I doubt that is what caused your blind spot issue.

Thanks. Interesting and confusing for sure. There seems to be some sort of pattern/connection though. Thursday mornings at 12:01 is one of the times I have set for automatic updates, and three Thursdays this month (6th, 20th, 27th) I've gotten a low battery/remote features disabled/deep sleep notification.

We can't tell when you're getting an OTA update. You have a 2022 who got 3.5.2 a month ago. You're only missing 3.5.3 and 3.5.4 for now since your truck was already built with most of the features that some 2021 owners are still waiting for. You're good to go.....just gotta patiently wait for the rest to get sent to you.
