It means you do not have any software updates presently available in FDRS. Im sorry I should have been more clear. Normally I would post up a pic of available updates. In your case none available so no picture.

you also have an all wheel drive module update on the explorer. The TCU is the modem between your truck and the cloud for a lack of better words.
The AWD updates requires information that I don’t currently have, I could figure it out if I Jack it up and undo the skid plates but I’m not having any driveability issues or anything and prefer not to spend the time doing that. The ACM update was completed but wouldn’t go away for some reason in FDRS after completion.

I’m aware of what the TCU is, I’m just not sure what the update does for the TCU. No one on the Explorer forums really mess with FDRS. I’m wondering if it also allows the dual phone connectivity (or is that module that controls that?), but it’s not worth $50 for me to do basically the one TCU update on the explorer and an APIM update that doesn’t appear to do anything in the trucks

I DO appreciate you taking the time to check those for me though

Thanks man. I was told they’re waiting for chip(s). And that it’s already built and waiting. Thanks again, Tom.

Question. Do you have access to payload info using the vin#? We have a general idea but would love to know exactly so we can gauge a trailer tongue weight. ?Tom.
