No OTA history on your truck for the past 60 days. If the last update you got back then was 3.5.2, then you are up to date as Ford is not pushing any updates out past that one at this time.

Just picked up a used 21 XLT and just curious what I would need (if it’s possible at all) to get full screen CarPlay working.

The only way to get full screen CarPlay is with a mongoose tool and an FDRS license. Ford is not sending out that update at this time.
