about to sell my cable to a buddy out of state so I want to make sure its all up to date before i do so
Last OTA you got was 4.2.1 and you have OTA 23-PU0274-DOM-RS in your queue right now as of yesterday. You have the older problematic software already, so if you should be good to go in the future unless Ford drops the ball again.

If anyone could take a look. Ive been looking through these forums the last few days and want to make sure my new (to me) 2021 powerboost is up to date and if its worth grabbing a cable. Thanks ahead of time.
Last OTA you got was 3.5.4. Your truck is not fully up to date, but you are past the older problematic software at this point and the updates you are missing are to prep the trucks for future updates, so you aren't missing out on anything at this point. IMO< you do no need a Mongoose at this time.

Still on 4.2.4 - not too worried about it because everything's working great (even AA wireless connection at every startup!)

Can I get PTS and FDRS updates, please?

Nothing OTA since you got 4.2.4 back in May.

Nobody with FDRS has been providing info on this thread lately. I can do it for you, but I only have FDRS on my personal computer at home, so I won't be able to check for you until later.

Nothing OTA since you got 4.2.4 back in May.
Does that seem pretty "normal" for what you're seeing lately? Is 4.3.2 rolling out more regularly or still a slow trickle? Just curious. Thanks dude!

Still slow. Some believe Ford pulled 4.3.4 completely out because of all the failures to install being reported. 4.3.2 failed for me numerous times; I had to install it with FDRS. Not surprising, because the last IPC OTA also failed for me several times and would not go through without FDRS and it had to be CAN'd in which took 3-4 hours....just like last time. Jesse believes there are a batch of 2021 trucks with a faulty ethernet port connection for the IPC that pretty much render then incapable of getting IPC updates via OTA and I am pretty sure I have one of them. Unfortunately, there is no way to diagnose the issue at the dealership level to get the IPC replaced under warranty.

The TCU and IPC have nothing to do with each other. The TCU is very easy to access and cheap (compared to the cost of an IPC) if it needs to be replaced. That can be diagnosed.

Did you ever get the 2.7.3/2.7.4 OTAs to go through? If so, your IPC is fine.

I borrowed your Mongoose to get it through the 2s and 3s (I think) then 4.2.1, 4.2.2, 4.2.3, and 4.2.4 came via OTA, so my IPC's fine then. Thanks.

Ah ok. If that's the case, you should be fine when they send you the 4.3.2/4.3.3 IPC updates.

Not only that, but you also had Priority Update 22-PU0724-DOM-RS install today to bring you up to the latest Sync version 23159.
