Replacement 110v Outlet

Has anyone ever replaces the 110 volt outlet in the bed? I had an extension cord plugged into it and someone yanked the cord, expecting it to just unplug. Well it unplugged but the plastic between the prongs broke. I have tried searching, but am not having any luck. Thanks!
