Hopeful there is a simple solution to this annoying problem...
2025 Plat PB. The remote start seems to work?? It turns the truck on but does not fire up the gas engine.. So basically the way this goes is I preset all my climate controls the day before so it is ready for the desired remote start the next morning (that's another stupid issue, why is fords climate on remote start not based off the ambient temp???)
When the next morning comes around and I remote start with either my app or the fob it activates the truck but when I go to climb in the rig, the engine never fired up therefore zero windows are defrosted and the truck cabin isn't warm... I just don't understand. The remote start basically seems pointless. I'd love some help here.
