Red stickers on wheels

I believe someone on here said they are painted

They are definitely painted on, but they are raised. And they are not a sticker, so they are forged with the lettering raised, painted red before the clear is applied. If you want them removed, you will need a grinder and then completely refinish the wheel.

Anybody know why these wheels would have these red stickers on them?

Also has anyone experienced dry rot on hankook dynapro at2? The one shown in the picture look slike its decent condition for being 4+ years old

mine are dryrotted. Trucks got 35800 miles on it too. almost 4 years old
I'm replacing them next month. Worst tires IMO. I also have hankooks on my 2018 those are 2 years old and look like garbage.
