Hey y'all
Took my F150 in for it's 20k service last week and although the dealer found the time to try and up-sell me on a heap of add-ons (politely declined), they didn't have the time to address any of the warranty issues I had raised in advance... (they did say I could just drop it in one day and leave it till they could get around to it... completely ignoring the fact that it's my daily.... lol...)
Anyway....one of the issues is that whenever there is someone in the passenger side rear seat, the seat belt chime for the center seat goes nuts and the only way to turn it off is to fasten that belt. Only happens if there is someone sitting there... not misc items...
The thought of having to go back to the dealer fills me with dread and I'd like to fix it myself if possible...
Has anyone else come across this and found a fix? I know it's possible to turn it off through Forscan as a last resort?
Cheers and avagoodweegend....
