Hello, I’ve been searching everywhere to figure out what this outlet is for, it’s located right below the seven pin trailer connection where there is normally is a four pin connection. Anybody know what this is for, I’ve got an F150 2022 XLT ?

Trailer TPMS and cameras although not all trucks have all the wiring to the connector.

Also used for trailer backup sensor if supplied. Have a look on the back of that connector as to how many wires are going to it.

FYI of the OP, even though the pictured connector has 12 pin locations, only 9 are used for full functionality. IF you find 9 wires entering the back of the connector you can enjoy full functionality of all features.

For whatever reason some (many?) trucks were delivered with only ~3 wires to the connector for the trailer backup assist 'yaw' sensor (e.g. my 2022 Lariat, grrrr). BTW, that trailer-mounted 'yaw sensor' has been obsoleted by the 'sticker-target system' for trailer backup assist.

IF yours has too-few wires but you want to enjoy use of the trailer TPMS & cam, the mega-thread linked by @UGADawg96 will get you on that path. In my case, 'simply' replacing a rear harness on the truck (~$100 with DIY installation) did the deed and I now enjoy having the trailer TPMS and rear view cam on my Lariat+5th-wheel rig.
