Radio after CarPlay

Ive noticed this recently, ill be jamming out to Spotify on CarPlay, turn off the truck to go somewhere then back in the truck. Carplay connects but I never start Spotify. After about 5-10 minutes it just switches to radio and starts going.

Any way to stop that? Its annoying and scares me every single time when the radio just starts blaring

I ended up deleting the interactive apps from my Android and my iPhone just because I find it easier to just use the phone in bluetooth. Plus, the apps aren't hogging my truck's screen.

The audio quality might be better with a USB connection but I'm usually just watching (listening to ) Netflix or Prime Video when I drive and the audio via Bluetooth is plenty impressive for that.

When I want to listen to music... "Hello Ford, tune radio to FM 97.7"

I have a similar issue. I use a wired connection to my iPhone 12 Pro with CarPlay. I play music on Spotify when I unplug the phone suddenly the a.m. radio starts blasting. Very random.

This has happened through several software upgrades on both the iPhone, and 2021 F150 power,boost, lariat edition
