I am building a 2024 regular cab short bed F-150 with a Whipple and looking for quiet exhaust options. The Whipple install manual recommends a high flow cat-back but I hate loud exhausts. Unfortunately the Ford Performance / Borla Touring exhaust does not fit the regular cab trucks. Has anyone tried to make a quiet high flow exhaust?

I was thinking I may have to have a shop make a custom setup with a vibrant ultra quiet resonator and modify that to try and make it fit with the borla touring muffler or something.

Yeah I would say custom is the way to go and probably more cost effective since you would probably end up modifying a pre-built one anyways to get the sound you want. I would find a good muffler shop that carries a lot of brands and has good selection on-hand. Start with the resonator you want, from there they should let you demo a few mufflers out to get the tone you want.

Good advice, any recommendations on the resonator?

probably a vibrant ultra quiet is what you are after. Here is a video of a guy with a setup that is probably what you are after -
