The bed bolts should not have to be removed to install the liner. If they are, they are a one time use and must be replaced with new ones. I doubt they were removed.

ouch
thats awful
good they are fixing it with no issues
agree bad chemicals, bad prep, humidity off and or cold or weird temp changes
with that much failing, my guess is something went wrong in the mix or chemicals
i would love to see if it peels like bad skin...
shoot air under one area and see if it lifts off..

stuff happens alot more it seems

Anyone else ever experienced this?
Never experienced nor even seen similar on forums where such would be 'well advertised'.

Sounds like the 'mortified' dealer is doing the right thing in this IMO likely very rare situation. The 'take-back' is a bit of a pain but I'll hazard a guess that you'll end up with one of the best prepped, installed, and QC'd liners ever :D.

The shop said they had never seen it before. He thinks it was a problem with his equipment and is now repairing it. Hopefully Ill have my truck back tomorrow afternoon.

I had a Line-X spray in liner the week i got my truck (2023 Atlas Blue Lariat) and a week later the whole thing started to bubble. Called the installer and he has to remove the whole thing and respray it. Anyone else ever experienced this?

It is all fixed, It took a few days but so far so good. Haven't had time to take pictures yet.
FWIW, I would check the tailgate trim panel screws to make sure they didn't strip any whilst monkeying around with it. Two finger tight is good enough, no need to break out the milwaukee 250ft/lb impact.
