This past weekend I decided to set up pro trailer on my ‘21. The sticker was still on my boat trailer from my ‘16. Went through calibration and it works. My software is up to date though so not sure that makes a difference.

Can you go through the settings on your truck to see what software version and revision it is at?
As well as what version Ford Power Up yours is at?

I’d also like to know. I have a 21’ and just tried the sticker, no go. But I’m also stuck on 4.2.4.

I have a 2021 f150 with pro backup assist.
I tried to program the trailer and it is looking for the sensor (no option for the wsticker). Ford parts tells me the cost of one sensor kit is $1000. Does that seem correct or are they quoting the cost of a different thing

I am not sure what they charge for the part but I can’t imagine it is that much. I have not bought it for mine but I see people selling it all the time from anywhere from $50-$200. I know there are a bunch on eBay in that range too. It is called a Yaw sensor and I think the part number is LC3T-14G621-AD that I have seen ppl selling.

That sound more reasonable. The cost of the stickers was $5 each and this seemed completely way out there.

I had it setup on my 2012 for my Pontoon boat, it worked great until an update was pushed. next time I hooked up it told me I had to go through the setup process again. I have not used it since.
Now my 2023 has it and I have a new RV coming home maybe this weekend. Maybe I will activate it. I have to come past a big Walmart parking lot on the way home

Sorry to revive an old thread, but I'm wondering if anyone has had any luck with the Job 1 2021 F150 and the trailer stickers. I'm in this situation. I took my truck to the dealer and they say I am up to date on the software, as does the Ford website. I have Sync 4 Software Version 20312. But it will not recognize the trailer stickers, and I think the rear camera should work when driving, but it does not.

I also talked to Ford tech support online, and they had nothing else to offer.

I have a yaw sensor from my 21 never touched, still in the package if anyone is interested for a reasonable offer.
