Powerboost Vibration Issue

Hi Everyone, I just traded in my 2020 Ranger for a 2023 F150 , loved the Ranger but wanted to upgrade to a larger truck and possibly one day get a small RV. I went on a 125 mile trip with the same trailer (475 lb aluminum 10 ft open and a 1400 lb machine ) that I have towed on the same road with the Ranger and the truck was vibrating bad once I reached 65 mph. With the Ranger it was smooth sailing! I checked the trailer once I got home (i thought it was the trailer) then went on the highway without the trailer and the vibration was less and closer to 70mph. I took it to the dealer and also mention that the transmission was shifting a little harsh with a thump on downshift 6-5 ! They called me to pick it up and it was after hours so no one was there and service invoice said balanced wheels and test drove, no vibrations and transmission is operating normal . 2 days ago I took it out for a 65 mile run (without trailer) and just a slight vibration at 70-75. Also I got I got 23mpg average! Yesterday I hooked up the same trailer and machine again on a 140 mile trip. On the way up I got 12.9 mpg with bad vibration at 65mph and up, coming back I averaged 16.4 mpg (possibly more traffic and slower moving traffic) . I tried Normal and Tow/Haul with no difference , locking out 10 made no difference, the vibration is still there. The trailer loaded is under 2000lbs.
Question, since this is happening with the trailer attached ( I plan on trying a different trailer even though the Ranger had no issue with this trailer, just to eliminate any excuses) how do I go about?
Will the dealer test drive with the trailer on the highway? I havent spoken to them yet. Also 12.9 mpg with a trailer under 2000lbs seems very low, I cant imagine what mpg towing a 6000 lb would be?
I have this truck for 2 weeks and already regretting the move to upgrade. I cant sleep at night!
Miss my Ranger already! The vibration is in the steering wheel and seats (wife feels it as well) probably the whole truck is shaking. Any thought on how to go about this, just dread of going back to dealer and being told this is normal!

How well does your hitch fit the hitch sleeve?
Maybe try a second hitch just to see if anything changes?

definitely shouldn't be doing this.

most common causes are tires, but might also be a drive shaft out of balance, gears, or ???

My PB stock tires were fine, but you wouldn't be the first person to get a bad tire, drive shaft, or gears on a new truck:

..upside is, it should be fixable under warranty

I just picked up another receiver and will try it it tomorrow mid morning do to traffic on the highway now and not easy to get to, will let you know. Thanks.

Is there any squat due to the trailer? Might not be noticeable at that weight- but some guys experience a driveline vibration which seemingly manifests itself in numerous ways with even a slight change in pinion angle.

I've seen several reported issues of vibration being reported after removing the rear blocks that was subsequently alleviated with the addition of shims. Sounds like you might have borderline symptoms at stock height, with a slight exacerbation of the issue while towing causing more severe vibrations?

Just a guess; there are so many reported issues of this kind. It's unfortunately not always easy to isolate the source of the problem.
