It's definitely more rain than I've ever seen in my life. Waiting for a lull to plug the truck in..

And pull very little... I swear I have a fridge, freezer and internet equipment running.

Yeah, keep them closed and they don't run much. Should have back fed the panel and run everything else.

My new Samsung fridge pulls 3.8 amps at max load...power freeze etc
But normal run is 2 amps
These new ones are Uber efficient
Be safe
I see this morning still lots of water

Z owner smartly moved the car before it got too bad. Street is still flooded hours later.

A few trees down, no power other than PB. Air frying lunch right now.
I was wondering how you were doing given 3.2mil w/out ....

I'm guessing you're going to prioritize those boxes collecting dust into a much easier connection method now?

You win a gold star!

After ~12hrs of running fridge, freezer, a few fans, tv, cable modem/AP and air frying a few meals, I'm still at 100% fuel level. Pretty impressive.

Also, it'd be kinda cool if Ford ever returns PPOB monitoring back to the app...

Update: I'm safe and no damage at my house just North of Tampa. I never lost power (Thank you Duke Energy) so the PB didn't do it's magic and missed out on all the fun AGAIN. This is my first chance to sit down and post. I had to deal with the power outage at my job and keeping our data center up and running all last night and all day today. A Big Shout Out & Thank you to Generac generators! My work 200kW Diesel Generac generator took a direct hit from a large oak tree limb that crushed the top/side but that didn't bother it, just kept running... Wasn't even our tree...
I hope everyone in Milton's path is safe.
