Power Tailgate is not working. It will not go down or up. I switched it to manual and it still would not work. Any suggestions other than taking it in.

Are you using the button in the truck, the fob, or handle on the tailgate? Did you get a spray in bed liner, and if so is the tailgate plugged in properly?

All of the above. It will unlatch with the button in the truck, fob, and handle on the tailgate and that’s it. No spray in liner. I haven’t messed with any of the wiring.

You did enable the power option in Sync 4 menu correct? When I got my truck it was off.

My power tailgate was disabled during transit and manually enable in Sync 4. I couldn't believed I had to tell my sales rep about the power tailgate features.
