Power "Liftgate" & Power "Tailgate" Vehicle Settings

Does anyone else have both the Power Liftgate and also Power Tailgate options in the vehicle settings? After my BCM was replaced, the power up no longer works when you bump the tailgate with your knee and I have this strange liftgate option now. The power tailgate is set to power and if you try to select the liftgate option to power, it says "This setting isn't available right now". Is there something that I need to change in Forscan to correct this odd option? Is the BCM programmed with the wrong software? They somehow put the wrong software on the HCM when it was replaced so maybe the same happened here. The dealership has had so much torn apart and replaced in this truck that I'm sure they did something wrong and caused this odd option.

just take it back to Ford and have them reflash it properly. And check all the connections for loose wiring.

Ya only the one option should be there. Another trip back and get them to reprogram

I used to be able to bump it up with my knee 5 or 6" and let it fall and it would catch itself and automatically close. That does not work anymore.
