Platinum seat thread coming apart

While cleaning out my truck last night, I noticed that the stitching on my passenger seat is coming apart. I’m sure it is a warranty claim. Has this happened to anyone else and is there an easy fix where I do not have to mess with the dealer?

I’d recommend contacting your dealership and having the seat cover replaced under warranty.

My passenger side come loose at the zipper on the back side under seat. Ford put a new seat cover on. I'm thinking our trucks were put together with untrained EEs.
I now have a terrible thump in the rear going slow over uneven terrain. Appointment for this at the end of the month

Yep, that's a warranty seat cover replacement.
That's also the easiest place to snag that stitching sliding in/out.
I sure hope yours is the exception.

I had a full year on my 2021 Platinum before trading. The seat held up pretty well too. So I don't think that is common
