Platinum full layback seat differences

Anyone who has the Platinum seats WITHOUT the full recline option, can you shoot a photo here of your seats? I've seen the Platinum with the option and dont like the upper back pad that has multiple forward ratcheting adjustments. Im wondering if the seats without are totally different like the Lariat or just without the pad?

I have the max recline in my 22 KR, so they have that upper adjustable area. However, my dealer had a Platinum come in for service without the max recline seats and it did not have that adjustable section of the upper seat back.

Yes, Ive found 3 different images online which is why I hoped to find an actual photo. One pic has very squared off edges and Im hoping the image above is the style that they come with when not equipped w/ max. recline.
