Has anyone ever encountered not being able to use a PCO because it's filed under a previous address? I have one now that I plan to use this weekend when I pick up the truck, but apparently it's under the address I lived prior to me moving in March making it invalid. It's odd because the PCO was in the mail and sent to my current address without any evidence that it was forwarded.
I've called Ford multiple times but can't seem to get to anyone that has any authority over changing the address. The guys at Granger say they are not able to change it and have talked to their contacts at Ford to no avail. I'd like to just say forget it but $2500 is a significant amount and it just seems like sleezy marketing. Any insight or someone to contact is much appreciated.
