PCO for tremor

was given a PCO when i called ford to check the status of my on chip hold order ( originally a 21 that got moved to a 22) back in march. gave it to the dealer via email. now the truck shows up at the dealer and they are saying it cant be used on a tremor? called marketing a few times only to get differnt answers but most say dealer description but dealer says it wont get accepted by the Vincent system?

anyone hear the tremors being excluded recently?

Happened the opposite for me recently where the PCO did NOT exclude the Tremor. Most of the one's I have receive did. You can read the fine print and read what it excludes.

i didn't physically get a card or anything so no place to read it, i called ford marketing and they informed me of the PCO and gave me the code number. the truck had been on order for roughly 5 months when they gave the pco so kind of stupid if it cant be used on the truck that was on order already.

just shitty deal, i was one of the ones that ordered in june of 21 but never got built so i have had a depoist with the dealer for 11 months and 16 days to get this truck and now cant use the only reason i didn't walk from the order when it was on ship hold for 4 months.
