Looking for a 2nd opinion from the amazing techs that frequent this forum.
Since I bought the truck, my passenger window module has required calibration 6 times. I learned how to recalibrate it myself after the 2nd time I had to do without my vehicle for a day, but I've taken it back to the dealership after getting annoyed with the process.
Today they told me that it only requires recalibration after a power-up update has been installed, so they want me to disable automatic updates on my truck.
Is this something that just happens on this model truck? If not what is the best way for me to make a case to get the dealership to get this fixed properly under warranty?
