You should be able to look at it and verify the tag prior to taking it home. If it's not the part you need, tell them you would like to return it. However, the description is nearly identical to the one for my '23 XLT BAP.

Thanks for everyone's help so far! I have it narrowed down to 2 choices. Anyone know what the difference between leather #3 and leather #2 is? That seems to be what's different between the 2.

Update! After digging online and finding a matching headrest on a used parts site, I was able to grab the donor vehicle VIN and match it to part #NL3Z18610A62XE.

Thanks so much for the help, everyone! Oh, and I'll be posting a "watch out" thread for the Ebay seller who wouldn't help me replace it even though it came damaged.

Just wanted to round out this thread and let people know that headrest cover #NL3Z18610A62XE was the match I was looking for. If anyone needs an onyx black leather headrest with GRAY stitching, this is what you need.
