Those are fairly tiny lines which makes them easy to remove. Wash the truck to remove any dirt and park it in your garage to keep the paint cool. Either the pin stripe wheel or rubbing compound should do the trick to remove them fairly easily. The Chemical Guy's GAPV kit is the some of best out there as far as compounds go. I have used it with a small orbital buffer to remove baked on spray paint, road paint, and hard water staining off cars before with great success. Once removed follow up with a good quality wax or ceramic protectant of your personal choice.

Anytime. Good luck with the removal just remember use a light touch and don't leave the wheel or buffer in one spot too long.

Acetone or paint thinner and you'll be done in a half hour or 45 minutes. Those decal rubber wheels can screw up paint easy either with heat or just leaving marks.
