P2023 3.5 turbo engine shudder no code

When i bought it at 25,000 miles it had an intermittent heavy engine shutter at idle. I have taken it to the dealership four times but unless there's a code on the engine they say they can't do anything about it. I have 50K on it now it seems to be getting worse and the warranty will be up shortly. I spoke with four customer support they documented the case but have not heard anything back from them. Any advice

There is no code just an intermittent heavy shudder. I'm waiting for another dealer outside of town to call me for an appointment

Something to try that will only cost a couple of bucks. If you run 87 octane gas try a full tank of 91 or 93 octane, it might surprise you.

I Had a bad shudder on my 2021 3.5. I was getting bad gas mileage like 11-14 MPG
Cleaned the map sensor with mass airflow sensor cleaner solved it for me and mpg went back to 18-20mpg highway.
Wont hurt to check the spark plugs Ive had some go out at 20,000 miles
