Ottobox CarPlay HDMI issue

Just installed the new ottobox Tv mate and has anyone else? My screen will not go full screen with it installed but will arriws at top left.

I got it boxed up to send back, when I go to CarPlay using the Ottocast it doesn’t fill the screen like it does normally.
I contacted them and they said it won’t
Maybe one of their other models do. This is a Otto Tv Pro and was wanting to do HDMI
