Ordering a 2024 XLT, questions.

I'm getting ready to order a 2024 XLT BAP or BAP+ and debating on the 302A Mid or 303A High.

Other than being able to get a moonroof, B&O and leather with the 303A, what's included in the 303A that makes it worth all the extra money?

Also, notice a lot of walk around videos on the XLT's and some have column shifters and some have counsel shifters. What on the order changes that?

I ordered an XLT with just the standard 301A equipment group, then added the 40/console/40 with mobile office package because I wanted the bucket seats and console, but not all the other bells and whistles.
From what I can tell with being the standard 301A package with the mobile office and 40/console/40 seats as a separate option I will be getting the console but with the column shifter, which is what I wanted. I may be wrong but looks to me like the BAP will come with the console shifter. Play around with the build page and watch the change in the interior pictures. It looks to me like no matter what equipment package you pick you will get the column shifter but if you add the BAP package everything changes over to the console shifter. So I would say the BAP is the common element in the console shifter.

You are correct. As soon as you click on the BAP and BAP + option, the shifter goes into the counsel.
