Ordered a month ago and still haven't heard from Ford

I ordered my F150 about a month ago and still have not heard anything from Ford. The only thing I get from the dealership is their order number J49D. Am I concerned for not reason?

You should have received an order confirmation email from Ford if the dealer entered your email address.

And there has been no scheduling for the last 3 weeks, so not a shock you havent heard anything

If they gave the right email you would have received a received you order confirmation from Ford.When I ordered mine last October I received email like 2 days later from Ford.

I ordered about a month ago and I have not received an email from Ford either. I called Ford Canada last week and they do see it in the system but just generic "in progress". I confirmed my email with them just to be sure.

IMO you have reason to be concerned if you have not received an order confirmation email direct from Ford Motor Company (USA). Possibilities include:

• Your dealer didn't enter your email correctly with the order
• Your dealer has not actually submitted your order to Ford (allocations issue or their own internal prioritization for submitting orders, not to your benefit)

you have an order number, that is all you need. I never received any emails from Ford directly.
