I have several messages that showed up on my screen and from Ford Pass. At this point I’m afraid to drive the truck in fear that it will shut down at anytime. The dealership said that it will be 1/17/24 before they can even look at it. I’ve reached out to ford and got a claim number last week and haven’t heard back from the rep that took my information since. As a matter of fact I have sent her several emails and left a voicemail with no response from her. I’ve also spoken to to two other people and no reply.
