I have several messages that showed up on my screen and from Ford Pass. At this point I’m afraid to drive the truck in fear that it will shut down at anytime. The dealership said that it will be 1/17/24 before they can even look at it. I’ve reached out to ford and got a claim number last week and haven’t heard back from the rep that took my information since. As a matter of fact I have sent her several emails and left a voicemail with no response from her. I’ve also spoken to to two other people and no reply.

Update, I spoke with a customer service manager yesterday and she reached out to another dealership and got me in on 12/22. She also made contact with the agent that I originally spoke with and all of a sudden after not hearing from her in a weeks time l get two emails from her. Has anyone else had any messages that are in my pictures show up on your screen or on the FordPass app? If so what was the issue?

This happened to me. In my case to was a bad inverter. Fixed under warranty.

Thanks for the reply, how long did it take the dealership to do the repairs?

I took them a while to figure out the problem. I was without the truck for a week. Im thinking it only took a day to fix once they had the problem. they changed the inverter and it didn't fix it and they found a blown fuse. so to save money I guess they fixed the fuse and then put the old inverter back in. After that it blew the fuse immediately (because the inverter was bad) so they fixed the fuse and then put the new inverter back in and all was well. lol
