OEM stock tire size and Off Set

Sorry for asking so many questions. I would like to put new tires and wheels on my new 2024 XLT Crew 4x4. If I keep the tires the same size and get new wheels with a modest offset, (like +20) can I do this without any lift or level? Thanks

Yes, I have exactly the setup you described.
Continental Terrain Contact AT’s 275/60/r20 on Fuel Flux 20 x 9 +20 offset
no rubbing at all. About an inch of poke

The stock wheels are +44.
the fuel wheels I have are +20

One more question....What is the relationship of the sidewall of the OEM tire to the outside of fender... I will have a 2024 F150 XLT 4x4 if that helps. Trying to calculate poke.
