Noise in transfer case.

Peguei minha F-150 Lariat novinha em folha. Estou com um barulho na caixa de transferência. Parece um chocalho, como se algo estivesse solto lá dentro, mas quando coloco em tração nas quatro rodas, o barulho para. A concessionária disse que é uma característica do veículo. Alguma sugestão?

Observação: meu Ford não tem IWE .

For those of us that don't speak Portuguese:

I picked up my brand-new F-150 Lariat. I'm having a noise in the transfer case. It sounds like a rattle, like something is loose inside, but when I put it in four-wheel drive, the noise stops. The dealership said it's a characteristic of the vehicle. Any suggestions?

Note: My Ford doesn't have IWE.

The noise stops at "4H."
At "4A," when accelerating, it also stops.

Certainly doesn't seem right to me. Can you take it to another dealer for a 2nd opinion?

I've even contacted Ford directly. They claim it's a characteristic of the vehicle. There's not much I can do.

I just found a looseness in the front driveshaft. It's very likely there. I think a batch of defective parts arrived in Brazil. This is the third truck with the same noise.
The part number is "ML34-4A376-bh."
