Scheduling might help, but it would still annoy me even with the occasional late run to the store or something.

Anyone figure out how to fix the secure alert error and get it working?

The only thread I could find with others having this schedule error issue as me were in the EU. (I actually created a thread on this a year ago but for some reason nothing from my other account would ever show up to the public on here, I couldn't even pm) My ability to set a schedule only worked randomly out of the blue one day. I was able to set the schedule. The very next day Ford pass app updated and for the first time after an update it required me to sign back into the app. After signing back in it started showing the same error again whenever trying to open the schedule, however most nights my securialert actually still activates because of the phantom schedule that I set. Which means I also now have no way of disabling it between the days and hours I set with the schedule.
I've mentioned this to the dealer, and I may as well have talked to a brick wall because it would have been more informed on this feature. I sent a message through the Ford pass app and nothing but crickets. Here's to hoping this gets some attention and they finally fix this

Would be nice to have something from Ford on this feature and why it’s not working properly on our vehicles. 2022” owners saying they have no issues with it

Securi-Alert scheduling is working for me as of this posting. Anyone else have any luck? I can see and edit the schedule I had set the one and only time it worked

I can edit my secure alert now as well but it doesn’t seem to be clicking off any alerts when I open the doors.

Stopped working entirely for a few hours, I just checked and its working again. As far as I know it is hit or miss on the schedule actually activating. It says its active but the truck doesn't seem to send alerts when entering the truck during these times. I can check again tonight

Ok, thanks. I’m getting the same experience. It’s working again in the app but not getting alerts when doors open.
