Need tow mirrors width measurement

I would appreciate the 21-22 tow mirror non-extended measurement (as my 10.5" non-tow mirror example). I have approximately a 10 ft. wide garage door opening where I park my F150, debating on ordering non-folding tow mirrors for my XL 150 if they are not too wide. I have searched around, but could not find any examples that would give me the width differential between a standard VS a tow mirrors not extended.

Agreed with @Fat Vinnie!! I have manual fold BLIS/360, and if you are the only one driving to the car wash.....its a bit of added time to get out and manually fold/unfold them.

Per @Fat Vinnie and @DK4 looks like the added width to each side would be about 4.5-5 inches with tow mirrors not extended VS standard mirrors.

It's kind of an awkward thing to get an exact measurement but mine is in the garage with mirrors folded and I get a measurement of 85"

With the mirror folded and measuring out from the glass where it touches the weatherstrip on the bottom it sticks out just under 7 inches. Hope this is what you are looking for.

7" glass to outside of folded mirror
18" glass to outside of unfolded mirror
21" glass to outside of extended mirror
71" glass-to-glass @ mirror 'wide point'

7+71+7 = 85" out-to-out folded mirrors
18+71+18 = 107" out-to-out unfolded mirrors
21+71+21 = 113" out-to-out extended mirrors

All easy to measure accurately with glass on both doors lowered to height of 'mirror wide point' (level of mirror turn-signal lens)

These are great mirrors, both daily driving and towing

I like the manual TT mirrors on my 2005 XLT, I love the power fold / extend TT mirrors on my 2022 Lariat
