Need help tracking down my truck.

Hellow friends.

Ive put my name down on a dealer ordered 2022 Powerboost Larait. It was supposed to be delivered on Feb 10th and from what I can see the blend date was the 5th of Feb.

My dealer just keeps saying it’s coming and that the delivery date in their system still says the 10th of Feb.

Because of it being a dealer order the order tracking on here doesn’t seem to work.

Does any one have any suggestions how I can get more info.

I tracked mine on a Ford website. "how to track my Ford truck by vin" is how I googled it. Mine was actually delivered 4 weeks after blend date.

I tried the Canadian version of that tracker and tells me there is no information.

The cdn tracker is very weird. Kinda works kinda doesn’t.

It’s probably on chip hold. Dealer should be able to at least see that part.

dealer isn’t telling my anything beyond it should have been here on Feb 10th

very annoying.

I feel like they want me to cancel so they can sell it to someone else for more cash.

So it’s a retail order (blue sticker) they are at the back of the line behind customer orders. Seeing all the delays with orders in late Jan and feb I would bet it’s on chip hold.

your dealer can for sure see that. They are lazy or want you to walk. What dealer?
