Hi All,
I was wondering if there was someone that has access to Ford VRR that might be willing to help me track my truck. My truck shows built on 7/7 and shipped. The last VRR screen shot I got was that the vehicle arrived the Newark, NJ Port 07/21 by rail. As of right now, I still have not gotten notifications of delivery and it just seems extremely long from port to dealer (3 Weeks). All online trackers show that the vehicle should have been delivered by 08/10 but none has updated. I lease all my vehicles and have been always used the same lease broker. He has always been great with all other cars with exception of this. The dealer that the vehicle is going through is not being very responsive and yes, I know it is the responsibility of the broker to figure out what is going on but I feel there is something going on that I am being kept out of the loop. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am just excited to get my truck and its killing me that there is no transparency of what is going on.
