MyView resetting very often

Hey guys, the topic is pretty much it. MyView in the dash keeps resetting the chosen windows I want to have displayed. Like...maybe every 5-6 startups. The clock on my touchscreen even reset twice in the same night, but that was the only time that happened. Has anyone experienced anything similar? Has Ford been able to fix this for anyone?

From what I have seen/read, making a profile in MyKey resolves this issue. I created a profile yesterday and I didn't lose my settings today. Mine would reset almost every startup. The hidden key location is under the mat in the cupholder nearest the center console.

I had this same problem, but my settings never lasted a day. My Sync did the update last week and now it only loses myview settings if my wife hooks up her phone with Android Auto. If she does that myview resets every time, however if I keep my phone as the only one connect it now keeps all my settings.

Mine just did this for the first time. It happened after I restarted the truck because the instrument cluster was just completely blank on startup. I’ve had a couple other odd glitches. The software definitely has some gremlins

My truck did this around 1,200 miles for the first time and I've had it for over two months. Never had it happen before that. Can't say I did anything different, though my truck does have about five trouble codes set at all times for various communication related issues. A TSB I posted should take care of that, but I have no clue as to the cause.

I have written a lot of software code in my days. And I've seen a lot of 0 day errors, but never as many as I've seen in these trucks. Anyone that wants to trust the blue drive when it comes out right away is going to be nuts!

Hi, I saw a possible update for this issue somewhere and thought I bookmarked it but can't find it anymore. You say you posted a TSB? What's the number? I'm trying to tell my dealer to look for any updates for this and they are clueless.

Mine was corrected via an OTA update a few weeks ago. Used to reset every cycle, now it hasn't reset once since. My truck said it got another OTA update today, not sure what it was for.

I set my profile and it still keeps resetting myview settings. My seat lumbar settings are all over the place if I don’t shut off the massagers before turning off the truck, my windows required reprogramming, and I’ve had random warning messages about checking my headlights flash at me in the instrument cluster. This truck is buggy

Having the same issue with the MyView settings on dash resetting. There is no specific frequency that I can see that this is happening. Seems completely random. Frustrating, but not that big of a deal so I am hopeful that a future update to the software will correct.

Thanks for saying what I've been thinking. It's one thing to cut corners and use consumers as beta testers when their 180 pounds is safely at rest in a chair in front of their computer, but it's quite another when it involves the momentum of 5500 pounds of mass times 70 MPH.

This is (knock wood) the only issue I've had with my PB, but it's annoying as hell. Mentioned it to my service manager at the dealer, and he said almost all of the 21/22's do it. Indicated there should be a TSB soon. Meanwhile I've just gotten really good and adding my settings back quickly. Not a skill I wanted to develop...

Can someone experiencing this check their resting battery voltage before starting the truck sometime? I'm going to guess that it is low <12VDC

I’m having this issue also MY22 so far mine has done this twice. I have about 1300 miles on my truck currently. The first time this happened I had a blank screen then all of a sudden my gauges appeared. I thought maybe I I put my truck in gear to soon and started driving but once my screen came back My View had reset.

Mine resets every power cycle. Has received a ton of updates and they have never fixed it. 32,900 miles
