Separate and unrelated, these truck prices have gotten out of hand. I know I am preaching to the choir here since I just spent $67K-ish on my '24 King Ranch this past April but for the sticker to show $71K or $75K for an almost base 501 Lariat is crazy especially after Ford removed a lot of parts (real leather, door keypad, and etc.).

I am just amazed.
I just built my 24' as a 25' no flipping way. Absolutely out of control.

I do agree, but i do get the D plan which helps alot ;)... also 2025 still comes with door keypad as long as you get XLT and higher if i remmeber correctly?

the prices of trucks have gone down some but no where near enough.
I believe the built in door keypad was dropped for all trims in 2025 (but happy to be proven wrong).

I contacted the dealership and got the build sheet and sure enough has BAP on there but was built incorrectly and since it finished and shipping next week they can't do anything till its at the dealership and will ship the correct parts out to swap out prior to purchase... sooo time will tell how smoothly this will go.

Thanks for the ideas :)

Might be just as fast (or faster), and almost certainly a better outcome to have your dealer order another one and take delivery of that. Currently 2025's are not taking nearly as long as 2024 did. Something to consider....

That was my thought. It’s the sum of a bunch of pieces.

If not, my current lease wouldn't be extended enough to order another one unfortunately... but who knows its still technically in build phase so maybe they can reach out to update and get it changed... only time will tell... it is christmas so the hope is in the air lol.
Talk to your salesman, my neighbor had a new truck ordered and it didn't come in until 10 months after his current lease was up. And they covered mileage over 36k, they can make it work for you if they need to place a new order.

@Wookz you can use your order number to call Ford Credit to extend your lease until you have a new signed contract on the new truck.

I did this with my ordered 2024 and my 2021 lease was up 5/24 and I was able to extend one month at a time for 4 months. As long as I had my order number they would keep extending.

So after dealer updated. Somehow what he uploaded isn't what he sent. Somehow it was reset while uploading the request how that happens no idea. But they do have a exact one I wanted being built on 1/7/25. So I took that dealer ordered vehicle. I am ok with waiting for exactly what I want. Thanks everyone ☺
