Multiple issues with Sync4 2023 F150

I will try to not make this too long of a post. Truck has 12300 km. After the first month silly things started happening with the sinc 4 display. It would arbitrarily go black or the screen would freeze. Pressing and holding the radio power button and another button would reset it and it would work. Bought this truck in August and since then I have had to reset it about 9 times.

A bigger annoyance is a feature that few like but I enjoy is the function that warns you of a school zone and or railway crossing on the screen accompanied by an audible chime. That stopped working three times. Twice I was able to get it back by doing a master reset which is a real P. I T. A$$. After the last time only the screen flashes the warning for 1.5 seconds with no audible sound. I have called 9 times to Ford of Canada about this and today I was told to take it to a dealer and see if they can fix it. A recent update was released by Ford Dec 5 and an amended update Dec 8. Seems like this issue got worse after that. No local dealers can even look at this truck until after the new year. I am NOT happy about this.

Another aggravation is when I did a reset and plugged in my iphone 13, it asked if i wanted to use apple carplay. I inadvertently said yes and now every time I plug in the USB cord it puts the carplay icon on the bottom of the screen and eliminates the Phone button. I USE the phone button and not apple car play and ever procedure to remove it only works until i plug in the phone to charge then it comes back.

I like this truck big time but these little screwups are getting long in the tooth. Any suggestion would help. Resetting the sinc 4 is time consuming as i have to redo Fordplay app, Alexa, pair my phone and Activate everything again. GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

I have a 21 Platty EB with the same issue , freezing screen or black screen.
I was told my Ford customer service, an update should be coming to deal with this issue. Nobody knows when. I use the steering wheel to reset the screen. Hold the right most lower button and left most lower button until the screen comes back on

Resetting the screen is not a real issue other than an agrivation, what bothers me most is the school zone/railway crossing zone audible warnings as well as the screen flash. The audible no longer works and the school zone flashing on the screen works only now and then and almost never with railway crossing. Worked perfect the first month i had the truck

We also have several issues with our 2023 f150. no radio for months. I reset it, pulled the fuse and put back in, took off the negative battery cable. nothing works. no radio no audio. The maps does not work either.
