Muffler swap on BAP with factory duals

I know everyone likes their own set-up the best, so I'm only sharing my personal experience. When I swapped a Corsa "Sport" muffler in place of the original Corsa "Extreme" muffler that was on my truck when I purchased it (had a Corsa catback Extreme system on it), it sounded just right with the 5.0L - enough deep mellow exhaust note to know it's there, but not the absurdly loud noise of the Extreme system that took me all the way back to my Cherry Bombs on my '66 289 Mustang.

Please post up a video of the Flowmaster 40s before you remove them. I'm curious to know what they sound like. Too bad it doesn't sound as good as the old 5.0s. Especially one with any of the alphabet cams..

Sorry, haven’t had a chance to video the FM 40s. After running them for a week or so in Sport mode, I have decided to run them for a bit. Holding lower gears longer, the progressive downshift when stopping, and the absence of cylinder deactivation have made the experience much better. The downside is a slight drop off in fuel economy and the fact that it never shifts to 10th in SM. If I’m doing a long stretch of highway, I put it in manual and bump it to 10th. I’ll try to get a video tomorrow.

I feel like a lot of people are not aware of the fact that Corsa does sell individual mufflers. Replace the flow master with this. Absolutly zero drone and sounds amazing. It will sound substantially better than the Borla or flow master weld in units.

Hi, do you have just the Corsa muffler, if so, which one and do you like it? I had a full Corsa catback on my '14 EcoBoost and loved it, but would rather just replace the muffler on my '23 BAP with duals if possible.

I had the smaller the two options that are available. It sounded amazing.
100% best choice for muffler swap option. Absolutely zero drone
