MPH in Display Setup

My 2015 F150 is constantly in KPH on the digital speedometer, and I’m finally over hitting ok every time I start and drive the truck to switch to MPH. Is there a way to get this to default to MPH? Someone told me it’s in the display setup, but I have distance, temp, tire pressure, and language. Should MPH / KmH be gear as well?

In The 2021+ trucks, it is a setting in the SYNC (infotainment) screen, Settings > General > Measurement Units. I don't know what is available on your year, but try in there?
