I had my 2022 EB Platinum into the dealer to diagnose several gremlins, and thought it would be helpful to share with the forum.
The attached invoice provides details including applicable TSB's. All work was done under warranty. They had the truck for 3 days.
1. The panoroof rattled when driving right above my head. Drove me nuts.
2. The sync screen would periodically remain black at start-up for 30-60 seconds while driving.
3. HVAC was not functioning properly. Temperatures were wonky when set to Auto.
4. A "ProPower is Disabled" message would periodically popup at startup.
What I found interesting is in addition to the TSB's (black screen, HVAC, ProPower), SYNC was updated to the January 2024 release, which led me to wonder why it didn't update via OTA?
Anyway, hope this is useful, particularly the ones with the TSB's.
