Moon roof leaking

Saw water leaking though my ceiling speaker on my '21. Called the dealer and they say if its blocked drain then its not covered, nor is any resulting damage. But I checked both front drains and both seemed to be draining fine. Ran a sprinkler over the roof and can see water coming in at the corners where the panels meet. Is this normal? Or does this mean the panel seal is bad?

I had a leak that originated at the rear corner of the front glass panel, drivers side. Water through the headliner tweeter. Soaked the A pillar and headliner to the left of the rear view mirror. Checked the front drains but no blockage. My dealer does not have a tech that does this work. The local dealers rely on a third party service for their panorama diagnostic and repair. Cause was a seal failure at the corner where the seal ends meet. Replaced the seal under warranty.

Looks like it could be a bad seal but here's a Youtube video a member posted that may be helpful to seal out any other areas that may allow water to enter the cabin via the moonroof.

Mine does this as well in carwashes. That dripping drains into a channel that should lead to the front and rear drains

Unfortunately I am member of the leaky moon roof club…Ugh… 2021 truck. This is during a normal afternoon rain. Nothing anywhere near a much water as a car wash. Leaks on both sides and then creates a soured water smell. Just bough t my truck about 4 months ago. No water coming through the head liner. @21PwrBoostFX4 Were you able to get any resolution from Ford? Here’s my video, looks an awful lot like yours.
