Blend date of 3/25, no production date on the tracker, no Activate on FordPass. I guess it got caught right in the middle of the Dearborn shutdown, hope it doesn't need a reschedule/new build.

My truck (Dearborn) shows it was built yesterday (blend date of 3/25). No activation button yet. Any risk in going through activation process once the button is available?

From the documentation that I read, you can click the button all you like but you actually have to be in the truck to actually complete the process as there's a couple of buttons that come up on the infotainment screen.

I've tried it a few times. You need to be in the truck for it to work as you must have to confirm (and likely pair it with a generated code). Just end up with an error in the app that it failed.

Usually takes a few days to change, best case.

Though even that is not consistent. My 502a blend date was 3/17, and the tracker still shows "in production" even though Pioneer confirmed that mine shows "produced".

I just got an update from Pioneer on mine. Built on 3/24 but just sitting there.....has not been sent offsite for the spray bed liner yet.

Yep, just got an update on mine too, spray liner was done immediately after the truck came off the line, waiting for shipping now!

Should add that mine was built at the KC plant.

Are CAN orders able to be tracked on pioneer? Not familiar with this. Mine still showing in Production with prod date of Mar 27, would like to know if its being held for anything.

My estimated delivery date slipped 8 days this morning to 4/25. Blind56's flew right through while ours seem to be help up for some parts.

Yes, he's able to track Canadian orders. The official Ford tracker is the only one that isn't able to track Canadian orders.

For reference, my build was pretty simple, it's more or less the base lease deal that a ton of us Canadians have been getting for the past couple of months; I know alot of people were tossing a ton of options onto their trucks which might cause them to have to wait for more chips?:

Could be. Mine is very similar, with 502A Lariat Sport, V8, Tow Tech/360 Camera and Moon Roof as the main differences. Hope yours arrives quickly and you don't encounter any glitches like some others have.

I know I shouldn't let this get me excited but it makes me very optimistic, mine was 'Produced' the 29th, ETA April 27th. Bedliner and shipping are the only unknowns right now for me.

Should mention my build is identical except for colour (went lead foot) so hopefully that means I'm in a similar boat

Totally, I'm getting excited as well. Haven't heqrd of any shipping delays(knock on wood) out of KC.

Anyone know how to read the palsapp output?

My truck was shipped on the 24th.

It must have been loaded onto a transport to be taken to the railyard. If Jack Ryan handles the delivery from the local rail yard to your dealer you will eventually see the notice you are most interested in.

Mine is showing up on palsapp as Pending again after disappearing for the last week. I hope that means it is about to be moved offsite for the liner and whatever was holding it up is close to being installed.

I did find this news release from 3/18. It could have been more than just semiconductors that are causing partially built trucks. So in my case it could also be the work surface that held it up? Who knows, my dealer called me with a update yesterday and knew nothing more than I did. They assumed it was help up for semiconductors.

I also just got an Personal Code to Save / Exclusive Cash Reward / PCO via email for $2500 good until 7/6. Last month I followed the steps in other threads on this site and never got one to pop up. I assume submitting my info for a trade led to it. Check your junk email folders.
