Many Error Codes After Replacing Battery

Last night I went to start my truck, and it would not start. Dash said the 12V battery system was low. I knew the battery was going to need to be replaced. This morning I got a new battery, charged it to 100%, and installed it. The truck still says that the 12V system is low and that the brake system has an error. I tried to do the BMS reset, but the battery icon doesn't show on the dash. I've attached a report of codes from my OBD2 reader. Any advice is appreciated.

There is an auxiliary battery under the rear pax seat. In order to reset the computer memory both the main battery and the aux battery must be disconnected.

How do I disconnect the auxiliary battery? Is it the black or the Grey connector?
