Locking/unlocking problem.

This started a week ago. My front passenger door will not unlock when I grab the door handle nor will it lock when pushing the exterior button. I changed the battery in the remote just in case but same thing. Anyone else have this problem? I’m trying to get an appointment at the dealer.

it only doesn’t work on the passenger door. Drivers door works every time. Still a battery issue?
